Fanzone is a social platform that provides football fans with transportation solutions and activities on the way to the match. This project includes the full process of taking a concept with functional specification and designs the full user experience for a web and mobile responsive device.

Main Challenge - Engage users that don't need a ride
At the beginning, the main challenge was to engage the team's fans that don’t need a ride. We’ve added a ‘Going’ button that indicates that a fan attend a match, the act of ‘going’ to the game raised the user engagement and the conversion rate of users that visit a match page more than once. We also displayed all the fans in your area on a map so you can see and feel the power and unity of your team fans.
The last part of this project was to plan and implement an analytics measurement plan for the launch of FanZone's new service in the UK and in Israel.
